M.E. is from Pompano Beach, a small city near Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. She graduated from Davidson College in May 2025 where she received a degree in Biology with a minor in Neuroscience. M.E. works in Dr. Maria Lehtinen’s lab, where she explores the role of the choroid plexus in the health and development of the mammalian brain. Outside of lab, M.E. enjoys spending time in nature, hiking, camping, and reading.
