Gabriella is a PiNBAC trainee originally from Hackensack, New Jersey. She earned her B.S. in Chemical Biology, with a minor in Philosophy, from Stevens Institute of Technology. Her research interests lie at the intersection of molecular biology and neuroscience, particularly in understanding how molecular signals shape the development and function of neural circuits.
In the Goodrich Lab, Gabriella studies the cochlea, with a focus on how cues in the auditory environment guide the formation and organization of neural connections in the inner ear.
She is happy to become part of the Harvard neuroscience community and to develop the skills needed for a career in neuroscience research. Outside the lab, Gabriella enjoys discovering new music and exploring new restaurants.
