Andrea Huang

Pronouns: She/Her

Young woman with long dark hair and bangs crouches beside purple flowering plants on a coastal bluff. She wears a tan cardigan, light top, and shorts, with the ocean and rocky shoreline visible behind her.

Andrea Huang graduated from UC San Diego with a B.S. in Cognitive Science, specializing in Neuroscience. She will be working in Dr. Evan Macosko’s lab where she will explore how spatial organization and molecular diversity of synapses shape circuit function and contribute to neurological disease. Outside of lab, Andrea enjoys stuffing herself with ice cream, window shopping to walk off the ice cream, collecting rocks, and spending a bit too much time on the internet.
